ICT Germany’s annual Snow Lion Award will integrate Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. ICT Germany awards the "Snow Lion" Human Rights Prize in recognition of outstanding achievements in politics, society, and culture with regard to Tibet and China, East Turkestan (Xinjiang), Southern Mongolia, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
